Worked as described... Very Happy with purchase
I was skeptical about these working due to the low price, but it was worth a chance due to the high cost of replacing the whole garage door unit. This worked perfectly and got my garage door working again without any issues; I have a Chamberlain unit and it worked just fine with it. The only down side is the cables are very short so you will need to splice these shorter cables with your own existing cables. I installed the product but was never able to get then to work. This is where you have to get a laser eye ball to eyeball - to each other. I will work with them again later or if we have a visitor who knows how to do it we will seek help. The parts are in it the installer that is having the problem. Inexpensive easy repair.
My house flooded in hurricane florence and I lost automatic garage door opener. After some research I found it could be something as simple as new sensors. The product is not difficult to install and no stripping of wires. The connectors come with anti corrosive grease, just insert the wires and use a pair of pliers to complete the connection. Install the sensors in your brackets, line up the sensors until the light turns green and I was back in business. It was that easy.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I buy these sensors for the Craftsman model 139.54985, they are identical to those that come from the factory with the gate. The wires even have the black color line identifying which is the ground cable, just like the ones that were installed since I bought the motor. Good Sensors - Light could be covered up.
My old sensors didn't work anymore, so I bought these new ones. They were easy to hook up and worked great! The only problem is that the alignment indicator lights are on the same side as the attachment screw, so when they were installed in my existing brackets, the lights were covered up and difficult to see.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Sears garage door sensor replacement.
First of all I am novice home handyman. My one garage door would not close and I had Sears come out and replaced sensors for $140. Happened on the other door and I saw we he did so I ordered these to do myself. Didn't know what the plastic buttons were in the picture which are connectors to splice the wires together. Didn't work so well and just twisted copper strand together to splice. The sensors work great and no problem with the order and good price. Fast shipment. Worked perfect
You need these sensors for the older sears liftmaster openers. They have a black/white and a white lead and I think that it needs to be that way. I installed another brand sensor that had two leads that were white and had to return them because they will not work with liftmaster . Only issue is that the green and red lights face inward so you cant see them like the old ones. Took me 20 minutes to install. Worked perfect.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I looked at more expensive ones, but this worked well. I have a very old Craftsman opener (and have no idea when the previous house owner installed it) and wasn't sure if this model would work. But it did. The only drawback - and this is why I wouldn't recommend this model - is that the indicator lights are on the same side as the mounting screw, so you can't see them!
