    The parcel was well packaged but unfortunately I wasn't in and missed delivery. I filled out the card and asked for it to be delivered on 10th to my neighbour at flat 1 sheppey cottages, which it was. I am very pleased with the shelf which fits perfectly and easily.

    Seller labeled the item incorrectly, so when it arrived it was not the correct item for my car. The seller apologized and said it was his fault, but is refusing to pay the postage. Messaged the individual several time and have been ignored, it is a large item so not cheap to send back. I have sent it back and engaged ebay complaints. Very very Poor!
