    Arrived on time. Initially the tracking was incorrect, and had no updates. When I asked the seller about it, I thought their response wasn't professional. They eventually helped when I explained the tracking didn't exist. Packaging wasn't great, as it did arrive with a big dent in the machine. Was questionable as to whether or not it was brand new, but I think it was opened to check it.
