    My complaint is not about the product, but about the quality of the seller's work. I ordered 2 sets of toothbrushes. The seller sent them without even a package. I just wrapped them with tape and stuck a label on them by mail. The boxes arrived in terrible condition. I couldn't remove the tape, it was tearing the box. I asked for a small compensation, but they didn't want to pay me. The seller also said that he can dispute bad reviews and he doesn't care if I write a review.

    I made a bid for this and it was not accepted, so I ended up buying it for asking price. I received the item I bid on AND the one I bought for full price! I contacted the seller many times and was told I will get a refund, but saw my refund for it was denied. So, I have two of these items. I am also a little nervous the “2025 shades EQ” swatch book is nothing new. I don’t see anything different from the previous swatch books. I paid over $175 TWO TIMES. This is very bad business.
