    I just received this refurbished shark lift away pet hoover. Its condition was advertised as good, I have to say the function is excellent! Yes you can see it has been used before, a few marks but whoever refurbished this did an excellent job! It’s easy to use, it came with extra tools and has done an excellent job. Easy to use on stairs and getting cobwebs on the ceiling. It looks good and was exceptional value! It picked up all this after I had used my old hoover!!

    What a machine, came in great condition had one tiny little mark on it, had all new filters, and with out a doubt best hoover I have ever used, we hoover every day, hard floor and carpets and was shocked when doing the carpets the amount of dust and dirt it lifted, won’t be going back to any other brand again, if you want clean I can’t recommend how good this machine is, and for just over a £100

    The vacuum was in excellent condition but had 2 attachments missing. Shark replaced them for me. It is a very powerful vacuum and works great on hard floor setting and carpet setting. The max power setting is better for short pile carpets rather that the regular pile ones as it is so powerful it is hard to push. Min setting is more than adequate for normal pile carpets. Over all I'm really pleased, and the refurbished price was good value for money.

    Amazing vacuum

    I vacuum every day as I have a dog that sheds a lot of hair. I’ve used another well known brand vacuum for several years and thought that was doing a really good job, but when I got my Shark I was amazed at how much it picked up. It is fairly quiet, easy to use and very efficient. Cleaning the stairs with the lift away was a doddle. Just wish I’d bought a Shark years ago.

    Suitable for Popeye!

    Easy assembly but I regret buying this after only one use. Yes, it is lightweight but make sure you eat some spinach before using. Used on short pile carpets and hard floors. No problem with hard floors when selected with the switch. Carpets - absolutely impossible to operate because the suction is far too excesive even withe suction reduced. Even with hard floors selected it's still virtually impossible to use on carpets. Therefore what's the point of "max" suction when it's even much more than minimum setting? Very disappointed because in comparison to Shark cordless this mains vacuum is in no way user friendly. The mains cable is a good length but why is it not more flexible? Sorry Shark, poor show.

    Super Shark Suction

    Amazing suction! Unbelievable amount of crud sucked up from a carpet that had just been cleaned with a Dyson (for comparison). So impressed. The lift-away is light making stairs & high areas a breeze. Upright use is thorough & gets into all the nooks & crannies. Removed ALL dog & cat hair, the anti hair wrap technology leaves the brush roller totally hair free, even coping with my very long hair with ease. Use on hard floors is also superb. It has even brought up the pile on my carpet, it looks like new! My neighbour was gushing about how brilliant her Shark was & I confess that I thought it was a load of hype so borrowed hers for a test...OMG! I purchased one the same day. If I had to find any fault it would be that the power cable design is a little basic & when using the wand if you ...

    A bit disappointed.

    I could hardly wait for my shark to arrive. It was very easy to put together and it has fantastic suction. I bought the pet head version because I have a wee Jack Russell who sheds a lot. I have a chunky cord chair at the window which he loves to sit on to watch outside. It was always so difficult to clean. NOT ANY MORE. The pet head is brilliant and my chair is so much easier to clean. Great on carpets too. I was disappointed because it is very difficult to manoeuvre around my small living room. This isn't the fault of the hoover which is why I have given it 5 stars.
