The packaging and the lovely black box it came in is really good and the price paid excellent. I am still getting used to using the product and it’s attachments as I have short hair, but overall the condition using the air styler has improved and hair feels bouncy and has a nice shine to it. I cannot see me sending it back although Shark have a 30 day return period, which is good.

It's not heavy which is good as I have fibromyalgia so I have weaknesss in my arms. I watched a youtube video on how to put it together. I would recommend the seller for this product. It's a great price for what you get.
