No missing parts and easy to put together. A little heavier than I expected, but really manoeuvrable and has great suction! Very happy so far and good value for money.

We thought our old Dyson was good but this is lighter and cleans dog hairs off carpets which the dyson animal couldn't. Not to say the Dydon wasn't good, but the initial impression of the Shark is better all round. Lighter, hoovers better, anti hair tangle, easier to empty etc
