Best of all it is a really good vacuum cleaner. However, I got a refurbished, twin battery, pet hair, which is far cheaper than a "new" one. If I had paid full price it would have lost another star. I have 3 issues with it. 1: With the battery fitted, it hates standing upright. 2: The dust collecter should be bigger 3: The battery life claim is "optimistic", very optimistic.Glad I got the 2!
