It's easy to use, cleans well & comes with various attachments. I haven't tried the garment steaming option yet but I look forward to using it that way. I've given a 4 star because of 2 things which are minor and personal preference. The water tank needs refilling mid clean as I have a large living/dining area. And the cord being on the right makes holding it out of the way tricky as I use my right hand to steer
