Regarding the product design, the flexible shaft centre knuckle is not great and has some free play when 'locked' , which detracts from the overall quality. Also, it's a pity the crevice tool is not included as standard on what would be a mid priced vacuum.

Priced quite well considering others are selling it for more with no voucher to apply so really pleased with the price. I love how compact it is as it didn't take up much space when storing it. Looks pretty funky with it's colour scheme. Nice and light and easy to use. Battery could do with lasting a little longer.

It is sturdy with some weight behind it to be fair, but no more than a standard vacuum cleaner. It picked up everything well and the price was great. The condition overall was good for the price . There were some light scratches on parts of the plastic and the stickers were worn. However the overall appearance of the unit is fine for what I paid and I am happy with what I received. I did the house on just over half a fully charged battery.

Apart from the item not being in it's original box, it was indistinguishable from a brand new one, although I'd have liked to have seen it put inside a plastic bag for extra protection.
