Overall appearance was on the whole ok, a few scuffs and quite a bit of sticky residue which wiped off. The upholstery tool was missing from the box but Shark very quickly sent me out another one. Vacuum works well and is neat to store. I love that I can at last vacuum my door mat without it lifting off the floor but the vacuum still lifts plenty of dust from carpets, rugs and hard flooring. Hopefully it will last.

It works well and the instructions available for download, reasonably easy to follow. Unlike my previous Shark, it hasn't snarled with hair though I do have two reservations about the design of this particular model - the dust filler is small and I find the machine heavy to handle though it steers well. All in all, a good buy at a very fair price.

It may be a refurbished store but they made me feel first class.
