Manufacturers may change, update or improve the specifications of products. We reserve the right to dispatch items that may have been modified in such a way. Substantial modifications will be notified to customers. Some products and packaged sets will be specifically produced and designed to customer requirements, and as such these items cannot be returned to us.
EBAY SHOP
We have an eBay shop with over 4,000 items, most on buy now . These are not auctions, simply items we have for sale at our best possible price, all including VAT. Once you have committed to buy we cannot cancel or change the order for any reason and you will be expected to pay for it. Most items we have good stocks of and they are re-listed every 30 days, so don t panic if an item appears to be ending soon. It will automatically be re-listed.
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
It is vary rare for manufacturers to include fitting instructions, so none will be included with your item. Please be aware that some of our parts are considered to be professional fit only. Contact us before purchase if you are unsure of the fitting process or need clarification. We cannot be held responsible if the fitter carries out incorrect installation or fault diagnosis. All electrical parts are tested on return - if it works it s not faulty so cannot be refunded.
PAYMENT
Please pay by Paypal through eBay OR, if you wish to pay by card, call us directly on (0115) 9436229 MONDAY to FRIDAY to make secure payment. We do not keep your card records on file. Cheques & Postal Orders are gratefully accepted (payable to Tornari). Remember cheques, including e-cheques, take 7 to 10 days to clear. If you wish to collect please pay on collection (do not pre-pay).
POSTAGE
We usually dispatch very quickly, so you may not have time to change or cancel your order once confirmed. Please select your desired postage method. We usually offer economy and express options. eBay will quote an estimated delivery date so please be aware of this when contacting us and leaving feedback: economy / 2nd class will take usually 5-7 days. Call us if you need an item urgently. Larger & more expensive items will require a signature. If you choose free delivery it may be left safe at your address with a Tracked Service. RETURNS
We can accept UNUSED returns, in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, upto 14 days after delivery, provided the item returned has not been fitted, modified, tested, abused or in anyway altered, whether new or used. If you are claiming an item is faulty, please return it to us with your details and information concerning the fault. Some products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for examination / testing. Please allow time for this.
Return postage and insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser. We suggest recorded delivery, or Parcelforce 48 for large items. Refunds do not include postage costs. Can we just confirm UNUSED means you can look at the item, but if you choose to fit it, wear it, test it, ride it, remove it from sealed packaging, or otherwise use it, the item will not be UNUSED. For hygene reasons, we cannot accept items for return that are worn against the skin, which includes helmets and base layers.

Under The GDPR buyers are entitled to obtain from us (the Data Processor for the purposes of The GDPR when selling on ebay.co.uk) a copy of the data held concerning them and to have any inaccuracies in the data rectified. We are obliged to provide this data to within 1 calendar month of the request and free of charge. However we have the right to refuse or charge for requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive and repetitive.
