    Toothbrushes had some marks on them and box was not I new condition or wrapped in plastic as it is new. Contacted seller who was somewhat rude and demeaning “item said New did not state in new packaging” is a summary of reply. My advice question what this describes as ‘new’. Doesn’t take returns also.

    Not at all what I said, I was very polite said I have a video of my packing the NEW & packed items (see pix where heads ARE in plastic). Anyone wanting the video and my screenshot reply, ask me. I said: handles never wrapped/heads ARE wrapped in plastic; my mom had me buy many, no longer wanted, sat in my house till listed. She was the rude one accuse me of buying at a yard sale. Been selling over 20 years 1st scammer to leave neg feedback on me. Takes all kinds, sadly
