Not the seller’s fault, as soon as I noticed that the pens hadn’t arrived they raised a ticket immediately with Royal Mail. I’m the end however, it still took the package 8 DAYS to arrive. It would have been faster to have it delivered from Europe! So the only warning I would give is don’t trust Royal Mail to be on time and monitor the tracking closely.
