    Highly effective. But be prepared to ventilate the room properly as it does produce ozone as it is not nice smell. I expected this anyhow as its purpose is to kill viruses, bacteria and any organic matters, as well as the UVC light which kills pathogens exposed by this light. This is serious stuff. Handle with care. Don't touch the glass with bare hands as sweat could impair the efficiency. Don't break it, it contains small amount of mercury. Other than that, great item.

    This product was tested by Big Clive and it puts out correct frequency UV for sterilisation and for ozone production. It has a remote control with timer to allow it to be switched on whilst "retreating from the area" so as to minimise uv-c exposure. Ventilate either during or after use to remove the ozone. The smell of ozone is distinctive and room should be ventilated until the smell has gone. The lamp is light weight construction and doesn't feel particularly robust. Handle carefully

    Quick despatch and half the price of other vendors. As well as the UVC output the lamp generates a very large amount of ozone. Used correctly it's a very useful gadget, use it incorrectly and its dangerous, do not ignore the precautions!
