Since the phone was listed as “Excellent condition”, I was expecting something closer to like-new. These kinds of marks are usually only seen in “Good” condition devices, which are listed for less. Tried to contact with seller about the issue. But no response for three days now. Very difficult to talking with this seller

I'm pleased to say, the condition is definitely VERY good. The description also states that at least 1 accessory will be sent, I received 2 (crevice tool/pet hair tool). The hoover was well packaged and on time. I can 100% recommend a refurbished hoover from this seller
