It arrived very well packed but it was very very cold so going forward a heat pack would be advised. I always dip my corals and this one had no pests so further proves the quality. For the size of the coral it was excellent value. My tanks are all natural seawater and since having it the coral has become very colourful and attached to its rock already. Very happy customer
