    This is my fist negative comment and not something I’d normally do.. but.. here we are.. the dress is as shown in the listing and cute.. but unfortunately damages to the dress where not mentioned of shown in the listing and the seller had zero communication with the buyer.. the item was not posted for weeks until it was finally questioned.. luckily eBay money back guarantee gave a full refund and delt with the issue..

    Following an initial period of no contact from the seller and a delay on receiving the item, the seller subsequently got in touch and was very apologetic and helpful. I was sorry to hear that she had experienced some health issues, that she had since recovered from. There is no question that she cares a lot about her ebay shop and customers. So much so that she refunded the item based on the delay, yet still insisted on posting the item to me. Great service & much appreciated 👍

    Seller has now responded explaining her health situation had meant her ebay shop taking a distant second, over the last month, in her list of priorities - which I can understand.
