However the replacement was sent in a thin plastic bag which had torn open and one of the tools was not in the bag !if it wasn't for the fact that my postman who is a friend, saw it at the sorting office and subsequently brought it to me I wouldn't have got the replacement either . Great tools - excellent price - Brand new and a great seller - just the packaging / distribution is awful.
