It cannot replace an older model of Fluidmaster Duo flush valve.
I bought it for replacing an older model of fluidmaster Duo flush valve due to leaking. But it is actually only for replacing an traditional one flush valve. Easy install once I got the proper handle.
It definitely will save water. To avoid any future problem, I bought a horizontal flush valve. The original package had the wrong handle but a call to Fluidmaster solved the problem.
