    I ordered incorrect item and it took a while to get a response to all of my subsequent emails He did post it just before his holiday which was kind. But after he returned and I ordered the wrong item, I had to send several emails to get a response to see if he had the alternative I needed. Finally he said he doesn't stock it ehich was all I wanted to know

    Sorry to hear you were unsatisfied with your purchase. In this case the bulbs you ordered originally were as described and in perfect condition. However, you had mistakenly ordered 110V bulbs, whereas you required domestic 240V bulbs. Through our several message exchanges, we informed you that we do not sell 240V incandescent bulbs online as they are no longer produced.

    They arrived on time and look like the pictures but it didn't say that they were only for use with 110v when I ordered them, but it does now.

    This is incorrect. The listing clearly states that the lamps are 110V in the text and the photographs. To suggest that we have change the listing since your purchase is simply untrue. As I have have said in our correspondence, if the lamps were unused we would have happily have given you a full refund. Unfortunately, in this case you installed them one after another blowing each lamp in turn, impressive.
