The top lid does not open properly. I have to push on the back inside of the machine to completely open the top door. I sent the seller a photo of the machine. He responded by saying that he saw nothing wrong. I sent another photo of one that worked correctly. He did offer a coupon off on my next purchase. The Explore Air 2 arrived without any scratches.
