The item arrived well packaged and looked brand new! I couldn’t find anything visibly wrong with it. It works brilliantly too, the battery doesn’t last that long but I find I can easily vacuum the house daily/ clean up any random messes from shoes / food etc with ease. We’re a family of 6 with 2 dogs, it’s been a great addition especially the auto empty!

Great at picking up most things, sometimes the higher setting needs to be selected. Detects well between carpet and hard floor altho I have noticed sometimes when selecting the higher setting, the carpet detection light comes on. It hoovers over most soft surfaces without a problem including door mats, I just have 1 runner it doesn't like and tries to "eat" it! The best part overall has to be the self emptying after each use. Battery good.
