On sending info and pictures I received an immediate reply. Due to being disabled and not driving they kindly organised DPD to pick up, rather than me drop off. Then I had a brand new unit sent out. The customer care is top notch. The steamer itself is the best floor cleaner I've ever used. Being disabled this makes my life easier, it's light to use and is a dream tool for hard floors. It is value for money.

However the pickup technology on this mop makes cleaning easier. I would say this product is pretty average overall. One thing I do love is the ease of use, no need to hoover before using a steam mop anymore.
