    The item was listed as new old stock but had clearly been used and was second hand, the seller had assumed by stating they don’t accept returns that they would get away with it . Seller didn’t respond to any return request emails and eBay had to step in a force a return - very disappointing and disingenuous seller. Purchase with extreme caution.

    This is very unfair and disappointing. As this is the first negative feedback I've ever received as a seller hopefully future buyers can make up their own minds. I gave you a full explanation of the history of the item which you chose to dispute. As soon as I was able I did all I could to arrange a return and refund. You gave me practically no time to respond before opening a case with eBay which prevented me from being able to take any action until they had finished their investigation.
