Didn’t use straight away but after a few weeks it stopped working properly and components broke away. Contacted Shark but we were out of the warranty period. As a gesture of goodwill they replaced with a brand new model, arranged delivery and pick up of the faulty item all free of charge. Fantastic customer service, well done Shark!
