Amazon phoned me to say they could not deliver and could I get in contact with Amazon fulfillment which did not accept the tracking number provided whilst I got a message to say item was delivered! Next day it was on my doorstep when I got back from work so all good. Sarah at Amazon was very helpful saying I should use Swiship.co.uk/track in future so anyone else having difficulty getting there items should use this. Product by the way is fantastic!
