    Received the wrong size, I was promised the right size the second time and I received a different patterned shirt. Having to send back both by post as a favour without receiving my initial order. I was not offered a refund for the initial order. Lots of choices but not an attentive eBay seller. Nice and apologetic but I would have expected and refund without asking for the other shirts back first. We have jobs, and trips the post office as a favour are not costless.
