Asked if we could simply do a 50% partial refund so I may keep the 1/2 they sent. Seller suggested I accept what I received for that price because I “still got a good bargain.” After tense discussion, seller apologized and said they would refund me half, but never submitted the partial refund. Extremely stressful transaction.
