I spoke to the seller who said it could be an issue with the warehouse. Item arrived in a smashed up box. I sent pictures. Seller asked me what 'I'd like to do about it'. I responded and he ignored me! I sent the panels back as they were useless to us. Had to try and get money back through Ebay!!! Avoid!!!
