The seller sent me the boots in a carton and directly in a plastic bag. When I placed the order I asked nicely for a better packaging. Inside the new boots there are papers to keep their shape, only one boot had papers inside (at least send them both the same) . I suppose you want 5 stars, pay attention to details.
