The sellers were superhelpful, when I had difficulty with some of the assembly and then found a small scratch, offering me a replacement part or a discount. I think it's good value, especially when you look at the price of the original. Very happy with my purchase.

I was offered a partial refund which was pointless when you want the set of two. Took about 7 weeks for the Ottoman to arrive ! and now it’s arrived, it’s definitely from a different Poney. No match at all with the chair. Communication was good but only when chased.
