    Disappointed that communication from seller broke down after I reported that this item had been delivered without the spray nozzle. Seller stated that a spray nozzle would be sent separately. Nothing was received. I then began to pack up the item & the spray nozzle fell out of the hose coils where it had apparently been lodged. This annoying issue could easily have been resolved had the seller communicated with me. Product ended up being really useful but I would not use this seller again.

    4 holes punch

    Flexible adjustment with option to take out each and every punch made this a choice for me. For the price, it is good value for money. It would help if the individual punch unit can be purchase separately for the mechanism for adding and subtracting each punch units is trouble free. The steel casting of the whole unite is strong enough. Only time will tell how robust it will stand up to the punishment of daily use. I think for the price. I would not mind buying another, or another, or another. I believe this is a good substitute for very expensive and customized 9 holes puncher for filofax deskfax. It worth the investment.

    no paper guides slow and arkward to use

    This hole punch lacks the paper guides that these punches normally have. So it is difficult to align the paper correctly vertically . I would not buy it again. next time i need to be more careful so that I do not miss that feature. I had assumed all hole punches had the adjustable paper alignment tabs

    what can I say for a hole punch this really has a quality about it, It has a good weight to it and the ability to fine tune the space between the holes which I found very handy and relatively easy to do. I was expecting it to be very fiddly. How ever it is easy to place your paper in the wrong slot . once you work out that you have to kind of lift the paper over the little silver guides located at front. it glides thought without an issue . if you don't lift the paper it can get stuck under them. I put about 7 sheets of paper in at once no problems. with grace and ease cheers JD

    Poor quality.

    At first it feels ok but after trying to use it this is a very cheep product. It’s difficult to get the hole punches accurately adjusted as they move when you try to tighten them. Half the time when you insert the paper it goes under the guide and doesn’t punch the paper
