    I ordered two items together which were quite heavy, with one having sharp edges. Unfortunately they were sent in a very flimsy thin plastic bag, the bag ripped open and Evri lost the battery. Thankfully, you could see the bag was open on the delivery picture. I dropped them a message through eBay in a bit of a panic (the order wasn't cheap). To be completely fair to them, they did sort it out straight away and a replacement battery was received within a couple of days. I will use them again.
