    Good condition

    Was glad that the movie came safely. It did play as was advertised. It just wasn’t packed as well as I would have hoped. It would not be such a big deal, except our mail carriers where I live are always damaging mail because they are in a hurry and not being careful with meioses packages. Otherwise great purchase!! Have been looking for this to complete my Doctor Blake DVD collection. So definitely worth it

    Outstanding Series

    This is a great series. It's easy to be invested in the characters. Dr. Blake is a wonderful "person", very understanding and gentle. Craig McLachlan is perfection in this role. Has new and revolving storylines to "pull" viewers in. Can't wait for Series 4 to be available for Region 1.

    I'm hooked on Dr Blake Mysteries!

    I recently finished binge watching 3 seasons Dr Blake Mysteries via streaming. I had to order Season 4 on DVD , and now I'm waiting on season 5 to be available. I also purchased the first 3 seasons on DVD, so I'll have my own copy should they not be available to stream in the future! I can't think of anything I don't like about the series. I'm attached to the characters, the time period is interesting, and I love the Aussie accents! The 'mysteries' in each episode are interesting, but it's Dr Blake who steals the show every episode. While he has his own heartaches, he is a very gentle & caring character, and has a great mind / talent for noticing details and logically reading the clues to solve the mystery.......of course, with a little help from his friends! The ongoing side ...

    We look forward to each season with much anticipation, and Season 3 did not fail. The writing of this series continues with excellence and the acting is superb. The characters' development pulls you in with each episode. Not only is the lead,Craig McLachlan, terrific, but the supporting cast is marvelous, and you'll find yourself absorbed. This is truly well written and pops with unexpected developments. Highly recommend this terrific Australian mystery series and eager for Season 4...

    Handsome & dedicated Dr, Blake

    This third season of Australia's Dr. Blake Mysteries is fortunately made in Region 1 for U.S. DVD players. This is such an enjoyable mystery series, the main character Dr. Lucien Blake is played by uber handsome Craig McLachlan, who is a heart stopper in a face framing trimmed beard. His character is a CSI but the autopsy scenes are discreet not gross, it is more his investigative work with the police that leads the story, and he is very interesting personally as in this season he speaks about his dead mother, Asian wife and daughter, as well as begins a flirtation with his housekeeper Jean that has been simmering below the surface since the first season. This Season 3 has eight episodes on two discs.
