They initially lied about sending the purse ("sent UNTRACKED". I kept asking for a tracking#, but no response for a few days, I followed up again and they replied, "oh, I forgot and they would send it {para}." It wasn't until 2 days AFTER the estimated date of arrival that when asked for a refund, that it was sent with tracking# the next day. Worst packaging too.
