Does the job
Same item as at Ace hardware for 2/3 the price. Made alignment and installation of deadbolt into the undrilled steel shell door pretty simple. I did need to use a vise and an adjustable wrench to remove the 2 1/8" hole saw after use so I could install the 1" hole saw to make the second cut. Once it was attached and anchored with two screws it's pretty hard to mess this up. I like the option for either wood or metal doors. The router for the lock plate put it over the top. I've never done this before and it looked great. A good sharp wood chisel set is a must.
