    A wealth of information

    This book is amazing. It has such a wealth of mechanical and material information in it. As a shop reference I think it is invaluable. Only negatives is that the paper is thin and the printing is small, but if it were not there would be a while lot more than 2500 pages and it would be gigantic.

    Machinery Handbook

    Started out my career as a machinist where I was first exposed to the handbook. I was impressed then but could not afford one. Now that the information is all on internet, the books are not in demand, therefore less expensive. Lots of information in these. If a man new 1/10th of the information, he would be very intelligent!
