    The seller sent me a damaged head (the peristaltic hose was damaged and leaks), after sending him a lot of photos with evidence the seller answered only once " I didn't understand the message." and didn't answer anymore. He's selling the second (probably damaged) head as well. Isn't worth the money and hassle if you're in desperate condition to replace a damaged head.

    After receiving the item couldn’t get it to connect, emailed regarding this with no reply, contacted apex customer service and they couldn’t get it to connect either , the wire for the display was in bad shape showing exposed wires and snapped when trying to remove it from the aqua bus :( hence not being able to return, bit of a let down considering it cost £300+ wouldn’t buy for this seller as it’s a hefty amount to loose, so I either buy a new apex or sell the other bits on that work
