I said I was not prepared to pay anything for something that was totally unusable and I wanted a replacement or full refund. I was then offered a 40% reduction and then a 70% reduction before the seller eventually got the message and sent a replacement which arrived quickly and undamaged. So satisfactory outcome in the end just a shame it took a week of messages to get to that point.

I contacted the seller about the problem. communication with the seller was very good I had no problem waiting for a reply as the seller did not delay to reply to sort the problem out effectively.
