    Item arrived broken. Seller to full advantage of me saying I’ll try to fix. Seller gave long excuse why they won’t refund anything until USPS contacts me? USPS never did and won’t. They said they even insured the package which means they will get all their money back. I sent the pictures she needed of the broken item. She doesn’t respond anymore so I would guess they are going to keep all the money, $200.00 and I am out $200 with a broken figurine. Not a good or honest seller. Karma

    What buyer did not admit was the fact they refused to take item along with packaging to any USPS office as they requested for inspection in order for USPS insurance to pay after a claim was filed. This policy is easily verified by visiting the USPS website and reading about filing a claim for damaged items.
