Even though it was packaged great and protected by several layers of cardboard, the USPS. despite two red fragile stickers on the mailing envelope, bent the outer envelope in the middle, resulting in a fine crease in the photo. I spoke with my local post office this morning and they informed me that, if you have the original packaging, a claim can be filed.They said that the actions taken by your delivery associate were "inexcusable" with the way the photo was packaged and the person could be written up.
