- n***o (793)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseThe seller cancelled the item after I won it in the bidding. Reason the seller put is that I requested to cancel which is false. I never requested to cancel. The seller should never put an item here on eBay if not selling it. Very disappointing. Total waste of time as zero communication from the seller.Reply from: kerrmythe0- Feedback replied to by seller kerrmythe0.- Feedback replied to by seller kerrmythe0.Hi there,I cancelled the item for the reason I stated in my cancellation which was that the item was damaged and no longer suitable for sale. Nothing to do with your request and no false statements made here, only the one above. I sent your payment back immediately. All of my items are exceptional quality and I wouldn't sell anything less. I'm sorry that you feel such 'disappointment' from an Ebay transaction.Wishing you all the best.Follow-up from: n***o- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer. The seller says here that the deal was cancelled because the item was damaged. I wasn't informed about this. The reason I was told that because I requested to cancel the item which is totally untrue. I have already reported the matter to ebay. No payment was made so to say payment was sent back, is another false statement here.I should have checked seller history before bidding on his/her item as there has been a few more transactions cancelled before my one with negative feedback left.
