Great Product at a Great Proce
I have been using Avon Wash Off Waterproof Mascara for years. It goes on smoothly and washes off easily, all the while making my eyelashes look and feel great. A little trick I use to avoid clumps from too much mascara on the wand: run the wand over a small piece of paper (not tissue) before applying.
