Item was poorly packed considering it's fragility - no bubble wrap or any kind of padding, just in cardboard. I believe the demo video on the original listing was deliberately misleading to make the item appear working when it was not. Seller's only response was - 'sold as seen' - even though it was sold as working but clearly isn't.
