    Waited for the 59th day after buying to post feedback Been very patient through the whole time emailing the vendor over 50 times. Replies are ultra slow and can take up to 10 days to reply. Solarcache hadn’t arrived after 3 weeks. It was lost. Second unit arrived but the wireless facility didn’t work. Waited for the replacement wireless unit and again this was lost. It took 3 weeks for the 3rd unit to arrive. That doesn’t work either. 6 days since my last email and still no reply or resolution.

    Buyer claimed item was faulty, agreed to ship a replacement. Buyer again claimed second item was faulty.Buyer tried to avoid returning faulty items even when provided with a pre paid postage label. Once the buyer finally returned the units, I tested both units and confirmed they work exactly as intended. I have shipped yet another unit at my expense.I suspect the issue is with the buyers ability to understand how to work what he has purchased and seems to expect others to foot the bill.
