  The mirror itself is beautiful, but unfortunately I had a bad experience as it wasn’t wrapped as a breakable shipment should. The mirror arrived completely smashed. I reached out to the seller who responded immediately and sent me another one. Unfortunately there was no change in the shipping arrangements and the mirror wasn’t treated as a fragile shipment and, again, it arrived broken. I reached out to the seller a second time and they were super professional and I immediately got my refund.

  Send wrong size and the correct size was no longer in stock, even though it was still available to order. They offered a good discount if I kept the wrong size, then was offered a pound, which was increased to 50%. I refused as the item was no use to me and I insisted that as it was there fault I requested a full refund and paid postage to return it to them. Eventually was given a full refund.
