National Shipping: We primarily use ebay Packlink Postal Service for the majority of all orders, unless buyer requests a specific shipping method via direct messaging during the order process or before. The couriers available to use are DPD, Yodel, Evri, InPost, UPS and Royal Mail.
International Shipping: Worldwide postage is available, subject to specific country trade restrictions and political sanctions. We use ebay s Global Shipping Programme (GSP) to handle all international orders. Ebay will present shipping costs and taxes based on the listing information. Should you feel the GSP postage is too expensive do not hesitate to contact us to ask if we can find a cheaper price. Not always guaranteed. Tracking numbers are provided end to end by GSP or Royal Mail tracking service and associated in country partners. When the package leaves the UK, Royal Mail s tracking will end and switch over to the hosting country s mail service tracking system. GSP will maintain its tracking capability.
At times the courier we decide to use may change from the buyer s selected shipping option, to a different courier, due to real time fluctuations in shipping costs. This may be due to the weight and size of the parcel being more suitable with a different courier, and can be subject to change without notice. For remote locations that add unforeseen further costs for the selected shipping, a Buyer s location determines which service is selected by the seller. In this event we will contact the buyer to request additional shipping costs.
Estimated delivery dates are timings given by couriers as a time frame in which they aim to deliver. Estimated delivery times are not a guarantee. Sometimes world events or unforeseen circumstances may delay a parcel. Should a parcel be delayed, send us a message for us to monitor the tracking and contact the courier on your behalf. If an order does not arrive, please send us a message to discuss the options. Buyers will be prompted to open an item not received request, or another solution can be arranged. We aim to reply within one working day. We will contact the courier and provide you with additional delivery information to support your parcel throughout transit, until successful delivery. If the tracking does not update when in transit, with no sign of movement for 7 days, we can offer you a full refund, or send a replacement.
Please be aware that world events can impact estimated postage times and cause short disruptions to severe delays. In the event of any national/ international crisis and unforeseen political unrest, parcels could experience delays due to postal network disruptions. If such an event should occur we will monitor your item(s) tracking throughout its journey to you and maintain correspondence with you end to end. Further unannounced delays could also be experienced through customs clearance procedures and backlogs, courier operational issues and local disturbances.
For international orders ebay will automatically collect sales tax to be passed onto the buyer s relevant tax authorities. As a buyer it is your responsibility to research additional import fees and duties specific to your country. Buyers are responsible for VAT, excise duties and custom fees. We are happy to offer extra support and guidance to customers unfamiliar with import costs and customs procedures, this will be done to the best of our ability. By receiving our support the buyer must accept we are not official advisers in the relevant field of custom regulations, and all decisions made are the buyers responsibility only, therefore we cannot be held liable for any outcome.
We are not directly responsible for courier delays. As soon as the package is dispatched, the courier is responsible for handling throughout its journey. We completely understand the inconvenience and stress delays or damage can cause, and are always happy to assist our customers in all circumstances. Items lost in transit will be compensated for and full refunds/ replacements given. If the item has not arrived and the tracking shows delivered, message us to open an investigation with the courier to determine the parcel location. You will be required to fill out a non receipt declaration form.
Returns:
To initiate a return, please contact us with your request and we will begin the return process immediately. Buyer s will receive refunds once the item has been safely returned to us.

All return postage costs are to be met by the buyer in the event that the buyer changes their mind or orders the wrong item by mistake. Returned items must be returned complete without missing parts, unused, unopened and undamaged, same serial number/ other part numbers, arrive in the same condition with the same branded packaging.
All returned items must be packed properly to protect the item during transit, please use the original packaging material, or the same amount of protection used to pack your item. If any components of the item are missing we may offer a partial refund to account for the items loss in value. Any damaged components that reduce the value of the item may determine refunds will be reduced based on quoted repair bills, or full replacement if rendered unserviceable.
If the item is damaged upon delivery the buyer must take a minimum of 3 photographs, showing the damage from different angles. One of the photos has to include the damaged item shown next to all the original packaging materials in the same photo. This evidence is essential to receiving compensation, without it no compensation or refund can be given.
Certain items must be returned with tracking numbers. At an absolute minimum, some items only require proof of postage, which must be obtained in the form of certificate of postage receipts/ drop off point receipts/ collection receipts/ or similar. Failure to provide evidence of courier collection/ parcel drop off, may result in no refunds being given if a parcel goes missing during the return process.
Security measures are in place to protect our products and merchandise from illegal activities and dishonest buyers. Any fraudulent returns/ actions will be managed by the legal fraud prevention team and generate a crime investigation number in collaboration with Police Authorities. Offenders will be prosecuted.
Warranty
Pre-loved and vintage items do not come with any warranty.
Military Surplus products are either new old stock, which has been stored for some time in military/ wholesale warehouses, or used issued stock bought in their original condition after service life. If you receive a defective product that was not listed as spares and repairs, contact us to rectify the issue. Surplus items do not come with added warranties.
Some new items may have manufacturer guarantees which require the buyer to send the item to the manufacturer for repair. Keep ebay records as proof of purchase or message us for an invoice.
Please note that we have security measures in place to prevent buyers switching products and goods are always tracked end to end with tracking numbers and proof of postage certificates. A scam management strategy is continually updated in conjunction with Law Enforcement to deter and prosecute fraudsters.
