    Great Recorder for a beginner

    I am brand new to playing the recorder and this is a beautiful instrument and has a great tone! Seems well made and not cheap. Everything was in Japanese but that's ok because books are inexpensive and there is a lot of teaching aids on Youtube. Definitely worth the money!!! Glad I purchased it!!!!

    Spend a little more and go for the 709bw

    I have the Aulos 309 alto. I really can't tell the difference. I also have the Aulos 709bw s Haka alto. Here I can sense the advantage of the 709bw. I also like its looks better as well as the feel.
