Then fobbed me off by saying they were doing me a favour. If it had arrived on the Saturday that would have been fine too but no, had to make a 2 hour round trip to go and buy another item. In the 'notes' section when making the purchase I did ask for the item to be despatched ASAP. I have had a barrage of messages from Friday calling me unprofessional as well as other things. AVOID
